Latin American Spring 2004--Mexico City and Buenos Aires

Pages 1 and 2 are Mexico City. This was my second visit here---so more relaxing and eating and less sightseeing. Had some great food such as corn fungus, a terrific corn flan, delicious empanadas, and a tamarind margarita! Yum! Buenos Aires had it's charm too. Very European in some ways, such as architecture, food. The prices were about a third less. There were virtually no people of color--except us tourists--no joke. Lots of good beef and Italian food. Definitely an interesting place.
